I see an error on my EBSCO Mobile app stating I need to reauthorize my EBSCO Account. How do I fix this?

Answer

Every 90 days users will be required to reauthorize their account when using the MyEBSCO Account and the EBSCO Mobile app.

To reauthorize your account, you will need to login to it directly utlizing your SHC username and password that you use to access your BadgerWeb account. 

  1. Begin by logging into EBSCOhost using your institutional credentials, i.e. IP address or ID and password.
  2. After logging in, click the Sign In link or account icon and sign in to your personal account with Google. Once you are signed in, your account is re-authorized.
